About Me!
I am a mother of two children I adore, a wife, a social worker, and the podcast host of Aim4u Ladies: Empowering Women to Live Their Best Life. I’m also a confidence coach trained to help women move into acceptance while healing from infidelity.
Alongside my work, I am a full‑time university student pursuing a degree in Psychotherapy, deepening my ability to support women on their healing journeys.
As a woman who has personally navigated the devastation of infidelity, I understand how deeply betrayal can impact your identity, self‑worth, and emotional stability. My own healing journey taught me how to release misplaced guilt, rebuild confidence, and step into a future I once thought was impossible.
My work is dedicated to supporting women who are ready to move from pain to empowerment. I help women cultivate self‑acceptance, emotional resilience, and the confidence to rebuild their lives on their own terms.
On A Personal Note…
I LOVE cooking and experimenting with different flavours. I honestly find it meditative. I geek out on travelling, and I have had the opportunity to live in the Cayman Islands and Kenya.
While in Kenya, I was able to volunteer for 4 months at a special needs boarding school. Those 4 months in Kenya exposed me to beauty and suffering, and it truly changed my life.
Self-pampering is something I embrace. Dancing with my daughters and spending time on the beach fills my soul with love.
